FAQ's

Everything you need to know about booking, access, and studio policies

How do I access the studio?

After booking and payment, you'll receive a unique PIN code via email. Use this PIN to unlock the studio door during your reserved time. Your PIN is valid only for your booked hours.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations or rescheduling requests submitted more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the reservation will receive a Studio credit equal to the amount paid for the reservation. Such credit shall be valid for six (6) months from the original reservation date, is non-refundable, has no cash value, and may not be transferred or exchanged.

Is equipment included?

Yes! All bookings include access to professional lighting equipment, backdrops, tripods, reflectors, and our coffee bar.

Do you allow food and drinks?

We provide complimentary coffee and refreshments. Outside food and drinks are allowed, but please clean up after your session.

Can I bring clients/models?

Yes! You can bring clients, models, makeup artists, or assistants at no extra charge. Please ensure all guests follow studio rules.
