1. Use of the Site

You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

•      Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without our written permission

•      Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

2. Booking & Reservations

Studio bookings are made through Acuity Scheduling, which is embedded within our Site. By completing a booking, you also agree to our Studio Rental Agreement. That agreement governs all aspects of your studio rental, including cancellations, rescheduling, payments, liability, and conduct on the premises.

Booking information may be used to generate time-limited access credentials through automated systems to facilitate entry to the Studio. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials issued in connection with your booking. Sharing or misuse of such credentials may result in termination of access and additional charges as outlined in the Studio Rental Agreement. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your issued access credentials.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our sole discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos,graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Brightroom Studio and isprotected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a link) is permitted.

4.Third-Party Links & Services

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites orservices, including Acuity Scheduling and our social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-partysites. Clicking those links is at your own discretion and risk.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of booking, automation, or access credential delivery systems.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.

6.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Arkansas law, Brightroom Studio and its owners, members, employees, and agents shall not be liable forany indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, ifany.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brightroom Studio andits owners, members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas,without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in our Studio Rental Agreement, and any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.
