Frequently asked questions about membership at Brightroom Studio.

What happens to unused hours?

Hours don't roll over. They're yours to use each month. Plan ahead and book what you need. If life gets in the way, you can reschedule.

Can I add hours to my membership?

If you use all your Membership hours and find yourself needing more studio time, we have a special Members only rate of $50/hour.

How do I access the studio?

After booking your session, you'll receive a confirmation emain containing a unique PIN. Use it to unlock the door during your reserved hours.

What if I need to cancel?

Memberships only require a 3-month commitment. We designed these memberships with photographers in mind — which means we designed them around seasons. Creative work ebbs and flows, and we never want you to feel locked into something that doesn't fit where you are right now. You can cancel at the conclusion of your 3rd month, no problem and no penalty!
